- My name is Dozell Varner III and i am 4th year business and economic major at Florida A& M University. I am also approaching my 4th season on the FAMU football team. I love football but i do have a split passion. Ever since i was 14 i have been collecting local real estate books. Growing up my favorite game was always monoply, it wasn't till i was 18 that i realized this what i want to do in real life. I love to locate property and negotiate great deals, honestly its really just fun to me. When i was 21 i said i want to go in this thing full time so me, my sister, and brother-in-law decided to start a LLc. The name of my company is Patience investments LLc. We are a real estate investing company, who specialize in wholesaling residential and commercial properties. The Business was registered in the State of Florida the 15th of April. Right now we operate out of Three major cities; Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, and Tallahasee. Often times people ask me what do i consider myself an investor, businessman, or just a overall entrepreneur? Honestly its Neither, I am an Empirest- one who creates, develops, and is connected to several other empire's ( my def). Their is no doubt of my success, as long as i keep God First, but i want to help as many others as i can create wealth. This is my Divine Purpose.
