Welcome to Stressless Success. Our mission is to bring the many scientifically proven benefits of meditation, reduction in stress, increased productivity and better overall health and wellness into the corporate environment.
We have seen first hand the dramatic effects that can happen in an organization as a result of their employees having exposure to our techniques. Meditation invokes a state of present mindedness that enables employees to be more aware in the present moment. This phenomena is linked with heightened productivity, enhanced creativity and increased overall focus.
The meditation techniques that we teach are not religious and are not based on the teachings of any particular group or philosophy. We have made them accessible to a wide range of people and easy to practice. Our experience has shown us that every person experiences meditation differently – what works for one person may not work for another.
We teach a variety of meditation and relaxation techniques, so that everyone can find at least one that works for them. This dramatically increases the likelihood that our clients will use the techniques on a daily basis, and thus be able to experience the far-reaching benefits of meditation in their work and home life.
