For years it seemed as though I wanted to become successful, but it was always just out of reach. I realized that all the setbacks and struggles were just lessons that would teach me new skills. As I am getting older I realize that these skills have become invaluable in my quest in massive success. In the next few months I will be posting to let everyone know of these new projects and some of the major goals we have achieved.
To Your Success,
Phil

I'm an Interdisciplinary Engineering & Management major but I'm taking all engineering classes this semester so that I can take all business courses next semester in Singapore.
By the way totally agree with you would be absolutely awesome to go back to Italy. Congrats on launching the sales program with your brother, that’s motivating! I have two brothers (I’m 20, my younger brother is 19, and my youngest brother turns 18 in February) and I’ve always wondered what it would be like to start a business with my brothers. Have you found that because of your close relationship, you work really well together? Or, do you have any worries about losing your relationship over the business? Those are the two biggest things I always think about!
Yeah and I love Twitter, more so the Internet as a whole, for the opportunities to learn and build relationships with successful and fun to meet people. Talk soon!
what kind of business are you looking to start/have started?

Anyway, we're a sustainability consulting firm that specializes in waste management and recycling. Basically we help business save a substantial amount of money on their waste removal costs and simultaneously help them divert trash from landfills to the most cutting edge, sustainable outlets available. We've been very successful on all of our projects so far and now it's just a matter of getting the word out there.
How about you Phil? What do you do?
