We DO NOT charge upfront or application fees for project review, but charge between 1-5% of "closing or success fee" of net funding approved on case by case basis. We run on a "WIN-WIN" criteria; we get paid only when your project is funded. 

However, project owners are liable of such payments for projects due diligence and third party consultations such as law firms, accounting firms, site visitations (where applicable) and so on, on case by case basis that will aid successful project financing.
